Your mission
As a Conversion Tracking Solution Engineer, you'll play an important role in helping brands succeed with our server-side paid media connections. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Team to advise brands on conversion tracking configuration, resolve tracking challenges and ensure customers get maximum value from our ads integrations.
Key responsibilities
Demonstrate and explain the performance of Littledata’s paid ads connections to Shopify Plus customers.
Detect and troubleshoot advanced tracking issues (event delivery, attribution) and provide clear guidance and escalation.
Advise customers on best practices across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid media platforms to maximize ROAS.
Own implementation of conversion tracking setups across paid media platforms.
Build and use your own debugging workflows: inspecting payloads, calling data quality endpoints with Postman and using AI tools to interpret while keeping conclusions reproducible.
Collaborate with and upskill the Customer Success Team to bring the expected value to our customers.
Be an internal subject matter expert for Littledata’s paid media destinations - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and more.
Operate as a specialist embedded in the team, prioritising knowledge sharing and cultural fit.
